The login page requires you to enter a username and password to access SHL Direct

If your account is inactive, or if you enter an incorrect username or password, you will not be able to log in.

If your account is inactive, or if you do not have a username or password, please contact your super administrator.

If you have forgotten your password click the Forgotten password link. Type your user name in the text box then click the Confirm button. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you shortly.

On receiving the email, click the link, and you will be prompted to enter a new password, which you can then use to access the system.
